Working as a Pianist in Oxfordshire
My name is Eugene Portman and throughout the year a substantial amount of my work as a pianist is in Oxfordshire. Furthermore, the work ranges from Cockney nights to weddings and the venues range from country pubs to large hotels and golf clubs.
Me as a Wedding Pianist
Oxfordshire provides me with a lot of work as a sing-along pianist, but this isn’t all I do. If you look around this website you will notice that it is mostly about me as a sing-along pianist, however, I do play other styles. Oxfordshire also gives me work as a wedding pianist and this means that I have to play many styles of music. Sometimes playing a different genre for each part of the day. The styles I cover include blues, pop, rock, jazz, Latin, classical, and singalong.
The Baby Grand Piano Shell
Very few venues in Oxfordshire have a piano and a digital piano is an excellent option for most pianists. However, many people prefer the appearance of a conventional upright or grand piano. I have the answer in the form of a baby grand piano shell which discretely houses a digital piano. This looks good and sounds amazing.
For this I charge an extra £80 on top of my normal fee and I can set it up anywhere.
